here is my review.

First of all: DOCTYPE is XHTML Transitional.

There are 4 404 errors (file not found) when loading the page. These errors are from 4 different avatars.

That's not really good, you should fix those errors.
The code of the site is a little bit messy. No real structure, everything cluttered.

Meta keywords are way too long, you should consider shortening it.
